ChromeData Launches Robust Incentives Data Application to Accommodate All Auto Buyers

Lender Desk is a powerful web service that provides zip code level rebate and incentive offers, including targeted programs and stackability rules, directly from captive manufacturers and select noncaptive lenders, all based on varying credit tiers and geography.

PORTLAND, OR (Oct. 30, 2019) – ChromeData, the industry-leading provider of vehicle data, today announced the launch of a new rebate and incentives application that provides payment options for all.

Lender Desk is a powerful web service that provides zip code-level rebate and incentive offers, including targeted programs and stackability rules, directly from captive finance sources and select non-captive lenders – all based on varying credit tiers and geography. Incorporating data for all U.S. makes and models, dealers utilize Lender Desk to provide buyers with the best possible payment options – even for customers with lower credit scores.

“Obtaining timely and accurate rates, residuals, rebates and incentives continues to be a challenge for partners across the industry,” said Craig Jennings, President of Autodata Solutions. “Dealers need to be able to accurately market, price and desk their vehicles both in-store and online. Lender Desk supports their desire to present complete and competitive deals.”

Lender Desk is an evolution of ChromeData’s efficient and accurate incentives database. It features an easy-to-use API with offers covering captive rates as well as standard bank rates/residuals that accommodate all buyers. It also provides additional information such as transaction type (lease, loan and cash), lenders, program term, credit tier, credit score and more. Thanks to automatic hourly updates, dealers can quickly process requests for available incentive and rebate programs.

Lender Desk is mapped to VINs and/or ChromeData’s Style IDs, creating a seamless user experience for those who use other ChromeData products and services.

“Lender Desk was designed to integrate with all offerings in the ChromeData suite,” Jennings said. “As with all of our products and services, the ultimate reason for Lender Desk is to simplify workflow. Integrating seamlessly with our partners’ solutions ultimately helps dealers close more sales.”

As Lender Desk is released, ChromeData customers are seeing the application’s potential.

“RouteOne is excited to be leveraging Chrome’s emerging Lender Desk product in our offerings,” said Jason Bolduc, RouteOne’s Vice President of Strategy and Operations. “We look forward to seeing its benefits as the product matures and expands over the coming months.”
